My latest purchase of the Epson Workforce 3620 has proven to be an excellent move. The printer was easy to setup and it performs well. I love the speed of how quickly it produces the end result. The scanner works well and was very easy to operate. I was fortunate to get the printer when it was on sale which was an added plus.

I purchased the Epson 5 in 1 Workforce from your store and at this point I am VERY DISPLEASED with the product. I brought it home took it out of the box and there was no instruction manuel with the product I hooked it up and got to the part where my computer could not find the printer. This is where I am stuck and can't go any further. The instructions said to print the instructor's manuel of 347 pages I can't do that because the printer does not work. At this point I am very displeased and ready to return this product to the store.

IN MY OPINION, MY ALL IN ONE MULTI PURPOSE PRINTER IS GREAT. FOR A HOME OR BUSINESS USE, THIS WAS MY BEST PURCHASE SO FAR.... IT'S A NICE SIZE, FAST, AND WAS EASY TO INSTALL.
